File imports

CSV uploads land here before the ETL merges them into fct_channel_daily. Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Search Console, GA4, Mailchimp — anything the platforms let you export can be dropped in with a saved mapping template. When the API connectors ship (Phase 5) the same rows arrive here from the connector and take the file path's place.
